I am a complete beginner to gardening, and want to know the best way to compost, having never done it before.

We have a few different articles on composting at home. I'd say the easiest way is to get a compost tumbler but the cheapest is just to start a compost pile. Here's a link to our articles on composting, hopefully they will help you out.
